2013 Weather Day

Gates Open at 8:30 a.m. & Weather Day program begins at 9:45 a.m.

The Nationals welcome all area elementary school students out to Weather Day at Nationals Park. This event makes for an exciting and educational field trip and we hope that your school will join us for a full day of education and baseball.

• Members of the FOX 5 Weather Team will educate the students on the effects of different weather on the field and the players themselves
• Study guides will be made available to teachers and students upon entry, in order to follow along with the presentation
• View the presentation on our 5,000 square foot HD scoreboard, so you won't miss a second of the experience
• Home-School students are welcome to attend
• Bus parking options are available
• Options to add value to the tickets, to be used for food and drinks at the ballpark
• Stay for the game to watch Bryce Harper and the Nationals take on the St. Louis Cardinals
