What do I do if I have lost my Padres Season Tickets?
As a Season Ticket Holder, one of your exclusive benefits is the ability to have any lost or stolen tickets from your Season Ticket plan reprinted at no additional charge.* You may have tickets reprinted in person in our Season Ticket Office during normal business hours, or by contacting an Account Specialist at 619-795-5020 or via email at SeasonServices@padres.com.

How can I purchase additional tickets for single games?
Through our exclusive P.E.T.S. (Padres Exclusive Ticket Service) Program - Season Ticket Holders can purchase additional single game tickets at the discounted Season Ticket Holder price! Tickets may be purchased by contacting an Account Specialist at 619-795-5020 or via email at SeasonServices@padres.com.
I have some tickets coming up in my plan that I cannot use. Is there anything I can I do with them?
Yes! By utilizing the exclusive Season Ticket Holder Ticket Trade benefit, you may trade your Season Tickets two ways: Season Tickets may be traded on a ticket-for-ticket basis and for equal value (or for less if tickets are unavailable in your price level). In addition, Season Tickets may also be traded on a value-for-value basis. For example: The paid value of two (2) Monday Field Box tickets can be applied toward four (4) Thursday Upper Infield Reserved tickets. Ticket credits as a result of the Ticket Trade benefit will not be held on accounts and refunds cannot be issued. All Ticket Trade transactions must be completed at the time the tickets are presented for trade. While Monday through Thursday tickets may only be traded for like days, Friday through Sunday tickets can be traded for any day.
I did not use a set of tickets from my Season Ticket Plan. Do they simply go to waste?
No, your Unused Season Tickets can be used towards one of our six (6) Unused Season Ticket Nights during the 2012 season. All exchanges must be completed twenty-four (24) hours prior to the Unused Season Ticket Night selected. Please exchange season tickets as early as possible to obtain the best seating opportunities.

This benefit is good for 2012 season tickets, including previously exchanged 2012 season tickets, and is not valid when combined with other discounts or offers and is subject to ticket availability. There is a $1 processing fee per ticket. Complimentary, group, and single game tickets are not eligible for the Unused Season Ticket Night benefit.
Please note: The Padres are unable to guarantee seating availability for Unused Season Ticket Night, regardless of the original face value of the season ticket. Unused Season Tickets have no cash value and are not eligible for exchange to all-inclusive areas including but not limited to seats that include food and beverage, Suites, Sony Home Plate Club, the Terrace Pavilion and the All-You-Can-Eat sections.
Do the Padres ever accept my tickets as a donation?
Yes. Unused Tickets for future games may be presented or mailed to the Padres Ticket Office for donation to the Padres Foundation for Children, allowing disadvantaged youths an opportunity to attend a Padres game. The tax-deductible donation supports education, youth baseball and childrens' health initiatives.
Complimentary tickets have no cash value and are not eligible for any of the aforementioned ticket programs.
Can I transfer my tickets to a friend without actually giving them the physical tickets?
By taking advantage of our exclusive online Ticket Transfer service, any Season Ticket Holder can utilize the Padres Ticket Transfer to electronically transfer tickets to another party. Tickets can be transferred to anyone using a valid e-mail address and that has access to the Internet. You may access the Ticket Transfer service online on the "Season Ticket Holders Only" page on Padres.com, via "My Padres Account".
