Guidelines for Yankee Stadium Promotional Item Distribution
Distribution of promotional items is for Guests in attendance only, while supplies last. Guests must produce a valid same-day game ticket upon entry to receive an item. Tickets are deemed invalid if they have already been scanned in by a ticket taker.
Guests are eligible for only one item per valid same-day game ticket, per valid entry.
All Guests must meet the age qualifications for those items restricted by age to receive the item (e.g., 14 and younger, 21 or older).
For children's items (all fans, ages 14 and younger), the child must have a valid same-day game ticket to be eligible to receive an item. All non-paying guests 3 years old and younger and less than 30 inches tall will not be eligible to receive an item. To ensure children receive an item, the Yankees advise that adult Guests secure a valid ticket for each child in attendance.
Guests must be sure to receive their item upon entry into Yankee Stadium prior to clearing the distribution area. In fairness to all Guests and to limit the level of fraudulent claims, any Guest approaching the distribution area or distribution staff after they have cleared the distribution area will be denied an item.
The Yankees are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lost or stolen items will not be replaced.
Some items may have been damaged during shipping and handling. Guests should inspect their item upon receipt. If the item is damaged and/or broken, Guests should see an on-site Yankees Team Member immediately to exchange it for another item. Making a damage claim after the Guest has cleared the distribution area or after time has lapsed may result in the denial of a replacement item.
Promotion dates, items and distribution are subject to change and/or cancellation.
