Ticket Technology

Print At Home*: Full and Partial Season Ticket Licensees who have lost, misplaced or forgotten their tickets to a specific game can reprint them through their My Yankees Account, subject to service fees and applicable terms and conditions. During the reprinting process, the bar code on the original season ticket, used to ensure authenticity, is canceled and a new bar code is issued electronically. Licensees can print the new ticket with the unique bar code using any standard printer. Once canceled, the original tickets are no longer valid for admittance.

Ticket Donation: In partnership with Most Valuable Kids, Seats of Dreams and the Veteran Tickets Foundation, the Yankees offer a ticket donation program to Full and Partial Season Ticket Licensees. The Yankees' ticket donation program provides an outlet for Licensees to donate tickets within their ticket license plan to veterans or underserved children. Ticket donations must be transferred electronically via Licensees' My Yankees Account. Ticket donations may be transferred beginning two weeks before the game is scheduled to be played and up to 72 hours before first pitch. The Yankees are not responsible for any tickets that are not sent via My Yankees Account.

Ticket Forwarding*: Through their My Yankees Account, Full and Partial Season Ticket Licensees can forward tickets within their ticket license plans electronically to friends, family or clients, subject to service fees and applicable terms and conditions. Recipients receive an email with a link to the tickets, which can be printed using any standard printer. Once forwarded and accepted, the original tickets are no longer valid for admittance.

*My Yankees Account Terms and Conditions

Each "My Yankees Account" (the "Account") is issued a unique password which must be safeguarded by the Account Licensee (the "Licensee"). The Licensee shall be absolutely and unconditionally responsible for anyone accessing the Account with Licensee's password and for all resulting transactions.

The benefits, features and functionality for each Account ("Account Benefits"), as set forth on the New York Yankees website and/or in any other New York Yankees brochures, pamphlets or collateral material are provided to the Licensee (proof of identification shall be required) in the sole and absolute discretion of the New York Yankees and are subject to availability, change, modification and/or cancellation at any time, with or without notice and with or without substitution. Said Account Benefits, which may be changed, modified or cancelled either during and/or after the conclusion of any Major League Baseball season, are subject to such other restrictions, terms and conditions as the New York Yankees shall deem appropriate. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Account Benefits are not necessarily exclusive to Licensee and may be provided to other ticket licensees at the sole and absolute discretion of the New York Yankees. The Account and Account Benefits provided, from time to time, are provided at the discretion of the New York Yankees and the discontinuance and or termination (either temporarily or permanently) of the Account and/or the unavailability, change, modification and/or cancellation of any Account Benefits provided as part of the Account shall neither constitute a breach of the Ticket License, for which, the Licensee acknowledges that no consideration has been provided, and shall not entitle any Licensee to any compensation, credits, rebates, refunds, make goods or any other consideration.

The New York Yankees may screen Account activity for signs of fraud using algorithms, Bots or automated systems, which may result in automatic cancellation of Account activity and temporary or permanent suspension of Accounts. Accounts may be reinstated in the sole and absolute discretion of the New York Yankees. The use of any machine, device, computer program or computer software that navigates or runs automated tasks on retail ticket purchasing websites in order to bypass security measures to purchase tickets is a violation of New York law.

Any direct or indirect sale, resale, auction, assignment or transfer (collectively, "resale") of any Ticket must be done in accordance with applicable law. Any resale in violation of applicable law will constitute a material breach of the Ticket License.

New York State law currently prohibits the resale of any ticket(s) within one thousand five hundred feet from the physical structure of the Stadium (including any building or other structure at which tickets are offered for first sale to the public) under penalty of law.

No Ticket(s) may be used for advertising, promotion (including contests, giveaways or sweepstakes) or other trade or commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of the New York Yankees. The use of any Ticket for commercial or other transactions involving the Tickets in violation of applicable law and/or the Ticket License, with or without the knowledge of the Licensee, is the sole responsibility of Licensee, who shall remain absolutely and unconditionally responsible for any violations and/or breach of the Ticket License.

Any attempt by two or more persons to gain admission to the Stadium with both a cancelled Ticket originally issued to the Licensee and any Ticket re-issued whether as part of a resale transaction and/or otherwise transferred by Licensee constitutes a violation and material breach of the Ticket License. Accordingly, the Licensee should control and supervise the use, resale and transfer of all Ticket(s) so that the Ticket License is not violated and/or breached.

The New York Yankees may take any action that we deem appropriate in our sole discretion (including, without limitation, issuing a warning, temporarily or permanently suspending an Account and/or any Account Benefits, denying access to an Account and/or any Account Benefits) if: (a) Licensee breaches the Ticket License or the terms of use relating to the Account and/or Account Benefits; (b) Licensee or any person in possession of any Ticket(s) fails to or is unwilling to cooperate with any investigation into any breach of the Ticket License or violation of the terms of use relating to the Account and/or Account Benefits; (c) the New York Yankees are unable to verify or authenticate any information Licensee provides concerning the Account; (d) the New York Yankees believe that Licensee's conduct may cause legal liability for Licensee or for the New York Yankees; or (e) to the extent the New York Yankees may deem necessary for the protection of the safety of patrons or to address fraud or misconduct.

Additional terms and conditions may apply.
