What are other people putting on their bricks?

Can I put a personal image or graphic on my brick?
No; additional logos or graphics are not permitted.
Can I use a heart (or other special character) symbol?
No; special letters, fonts or symbols not found on a standard keyboard are not permitted.
Do you allow any lower case letters?
Only for name emphasisÂ…for example, when the 2nd letter is lower case followed by upper case such as McDOUGALL, McFADDEN, etc.
How big are the letters on the brick?
The letter height is a half of an inch.
Do the messages automatically get centered on the brick?
Yes
How many letters fit on a line?
15 spaces per line for both the 4"x8" and the 8"x8" options. A space consists of a letter, number, blank space, or punctuation.
How many lines fit on a 4"x 8"?
You may have from 1-3 lines of text.
How many lines fit on an 8"x 8"?
You may have from 1-6 lines of text on the 8"x8" brick
You may have from 1-4 lines of text on the 8"x8" Logo brick
Can I change my inscription if I change my mind? Is there a fee?
Yes; you will receive a letter confirming your personal message with in 2-4 weeks of your order being processed. You will then have 10 days from the date of the letter to make changes. A $10 change fee may apply depending on changes.

What is the last date I can order?

When does my credit card get charged?
Your card will be charged within two business days following the date your order is placed.
Have you received my order?
If you have not received an order/payment confirmation within 2 business days, please inquire about the status of your order by calling 1-877-NYM-WALK (696-9255) or send an email to fanwalk@nymets.com.
When can I expect confirmation of my order?
You will receive an order/payment receipt via email within 2 business days following the date your order was placed. We recommend you watch closely for it in the event it is in your spam or junk mail.
Can I purchase a gift certificate for a friend?
Yes; gift certificates are available so please call 1-877-NYM-WALK (696-9255).
Is my purchase tax deductible?
A percentage of your donation to the Mets Foundation is tax deductible.
Is there sales tax?
Yes; New York state sales tax of 8.875% applies to all purchases.
Can I pay by check?

Quantities are limited and will sell out quickly.
Can I choose where my brick is placed?
No; brick placement will be random.
How will I know where my brick is?
After the bricks have been installed, a locator map will be mailed to you to assist you in locating your brick at Citi Field.
When and where are the bricks going to be placed?
Orders placed from February 1, 2014 on will be installed in the All-Star Game sections of the Citi Field Fanwalk in 2014.
REPLICAS / DISPLAY CASES:
What is the replica made of?
The replica is made of the same material as the brick to be installed at Citi Field. Colors may vary slightly.
Can a Replica be shipped to a different address?
Yes, with the exception of P.O. & A.P.O. Box addresses.
How long does it take to get my replica?
Replicas are expected to be engraved and shipped within 8-12 weeks from the date the order was processed.
Can I pay to have my replica expedited?

Where is my replica brick?
