1. ELIGIBILITY: The Miller Lite D-backs Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of Arizona who are 21 years of age or older and have Internet access and a valid e-mail address as of 4/30/09. Employees, officers, and directors of MillerCoors LLC ("Sponsor"), AZPB Limited Partnership (dba the "Arizona Diamondbacks"), the other MLB Entities and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and other subcontractors involved with the execution of this Sweepstakes and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and in-laws) and individuals residing in the same households of each such persons are not eligible. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM" or "MLB.com"), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., the Major League Baseball Clubs, Tickets.com, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of the above entities. Employees of alcohol beverage retailers and distributors are also not eligible. Void in California and where prohibited by law.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Look for an official Entry Code printed inside specially-marked Miller Lite 12-packs of 12 oz. bottles available until 7/15/09, while supplies last. Enter your official Entry Code and all requested personal information online at www.dbacks.com/millerlite starting at 12:00:00 am PT on 5/1/09 through 11:59:59 pm PT on 7/18/09 ("Sweepstakes Period") for a chance to win. Automated methods of entry are prohibited. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address per day. If more than one (1) entry is received from one person in a single day, only the first entry received will be considered valid. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is the 24 hour period between 12:00:00 am PT and 11:59:59 pm PT. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, the Dbacks.com's Terms of Use accessible at: http://mlb.mlb.com/ari/help/ari_help_about_terms.jsp and Privacy Policy accessible at: http://mlb.mlb.com/ari/help/ari_help_about_privacy.jsp (the "Dbacks Privacy Policy"). Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes may be given the option to receive (a) commercial e-mails from the Arizona Diamondbacks, MLB.com and/or Sponsor and/or (b) mobile text messages and updates from MLB.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails or mobile text messages and updates. Standard messaging rates apply to mobile text messages and updates. Check with your mobile service provider for more information.
HOW TO GET AN OFFICIAL ENTRY CODE WITHOUT PURCHASE: Eligible residents in AZ may use "4MDVVDFVRR" as the Entry Code.
3. DRAWINGS: Three (3) random drawings will be conducted during the Sweepstakes Period per the drawing table listed below to select Grand Prize and First Prize winners from all eligible entries received as of the applicable drawing date. Non-winning entries will not be carried over into subsequent drawings. Drawings will be conducted under the direction of The Ignition Network ("Judge"), an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

5. PRIZE CLAIMS: All prize claims are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules by the Judge. Liability for Sweepstakes materials containing printing or other errors or that are rendered inoperable due to any type of malfunction, technological or otherwise is limited to replacement with another entry code. Only the intended number of prizes outlined in these Official Rules will be awarded, unless unclaimed.
Internet and email access is required to redeem prize. Prize notification will be emailed to the email address of the registered winner. Winners are required to pick up tickets and vouchers from the Arizona Diamondbacks Ticket Office located at Chase Field grounds. Grand Prize winners must claim their prize on the day of the game prior to the start. Please allow enough time to claim your prize and arrival for admission. First Prize winners must claim their vouchers on or before 8/30/09 to be used on available tickets before 9/1/09. NOTICE: Each Winner is responsible for all travel expenses, gratuities, meals, and any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these rules. TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM CHASE FIELD AND LODGING NOT INCLUDED.
6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are not transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of any prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any portion of prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Federal, state, and local taxes on prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of prize not specified herein are the responsibility of winner. Prize winner and guest agree to the terms printed on the Arizona Diamondbacks ticket and/or any voucher issued. Winner's companions must be 21 years of age or older. Prize winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release before receiving a prize. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Arizona Diamondbacks, as applicable, and may be subject to change. If a game is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason, winners will not be reimbursed for tickets. Tickets are subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures. Winners agree that game tickets are awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to that applicable winner. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to Winner(s) and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. Winners agree that they shall not sell, resell, auction, barter, assign, exchange, place in commerce, transfer give away, donate or otherwise convey any game ticket that is received as a prize. A violation of these restrictions shall revoke that winner's license, and game tickets will not be honored. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners using information provided with the entry. Failure to respond to a prize notification within five (5) days of such notification shall result in a forfeit.
7. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsor and the MLB Entities are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail/e-mail, or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsor and the MLB Entities are not responsible for any damage to any participant's computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. Sponsor and MLBAM, as applicable, reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR, MLBAM AND THE ARIZONA DIAMONDBACKS, AS APPLICABLE, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor and the MLB Entities assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's email account to receive e-mail. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the security, fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor or MLBAM. All Sweepstakes materials and prize claims become the property of the Sponsor, the Arizona Diamondbacks and/or MLBAM, as applicable and will not be returned and may be used by Sponsor, the Arizona Diamondbacks and/or MLBAM for marketing purposes, subject to applicable law and the Dbacks Privacy Policy. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. In the event of a printing/production error, irregular code/message or computer error, neither the MLB Entities, MillerCoors LLC, its distributors, alcohol beverage retailers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, nor their respective agents and agencies shall have any liability. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of Sponsor, the Arizona Diamondbacks and/or MLBAM, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within the control of Sponsor, the Arizona Diamondbacks and/or MLBAM's (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor and MLBAM shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes without any further obligation. If Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to alter this Sweepstakes as a result of a Force Majeure event, a notice will be posted on-line; In the event of cancellation Sponsor will award the prize in a random drawing from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such cancelation, providing a sufficient number of entries are received. By participating in this Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) to hold Sponsor, the Arizona Diamondbacks, AZPB REM Limited Partnership, the other MLB Entities, AZPB FM Limited Partnership, Sports & Entertainment Services, LLC, Maricopa County Stadium District, and each of their respective representatives, directors, officers, agents, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, employees and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties"), harmless against any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses and liability that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any Prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any prize; and (iii) that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law. Each winner, by acceptance of a prize grants to Sponsor, the Arizona Diamondbacks, MLBAM, and each of their respective designees the right to publicize such winner's, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information in perpetuity for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, without further compensation, or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Judge, which are final and binding. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Wisconsin in the U.S., without respect to any conflict of law issues, and entrants agree that such shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Federal or State Courts of Wisconsin. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical, technical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the English Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
