It was a magical time. A time when the music was loud and the hairstyles were even louder. Guys used boomboxes to profess their love, and DeLoreans had the power to send us back to the future.
While the D-backs may not have been around in the 80s, that didn’t stop the team from celebrating the decade that brought us hair bands, neon and John Hughes on Friday night.
The 80s may be gone, but they are surely not forgotten. So the next time you do some spring cleaning, be sure to keep those Bon Jovi albums and leg warmers in a safe place.
