Fenway Park is available year-round for your next event, including all non-game days and Red Sox game days, provided the event ends five (5) hours prior to the start of the game. Please contact us for a schedule of available dates and times.
Because every event varies in purpose, detail and budget, we are happy to assist you in planning your event to meet your particular needs or theme. Your Fenway Enterprises representative will assist you with all facets of your event including, but not limited to, audio/visual, entertainment and floral requirements.
All areas of Fenway Park are booked for a four (4) hour time period, unless otherwise negotiated. All bookings require the payment of a room rental fee, which includes security and cleaning. An additional 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax applies. To reserve event space, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon contract execution. The balance of the rental fee is due no later than two (2) weeks prior to event date. Please make checks payable to the Boston Red Sox Baseball Club. Prices are subject to change without notice, unless under contract.
Access to the ballpark varies depending on the location of the event. Please contact your Fenway Enterprises representative for all park access information. Parking is located in various areas around the ballpark and is not included in the room rental fee. Please contact your Fenway Enterprises representative for more information on event parking.
Clients shall not be permitted to use the Boston Red Sox name, logos or images without prior written consent of the Boston Red Sox.
The Boston Red Sox will not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any articles left unattended in event space.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of Fenway Park. All materials and third party vendors used by the client in any area of Fenway Park must be first approved by the Boston Red Sox.
No decorations, signage or banners may be secured to any part of the event space without first being approved by the Boston Red Sox.
The client is responsible for removal of all decorations immediately following the event.
ARAMARK Corporation has an exclusive catering agreement with the Boston Red Sox for the sole distribution rights of food and beverage within any area of Fenway Park.
There is no minimum number of guests required for an event; however, parties under 50 people typically must have at least $2,500 in food and beverage charges.
Customized menu packages can be created for special catered events. Any specialty products are limited to the sole discretion of ARAMARK.
