  • Northbound on I-95: The left lane on northbound I-95 between Exit 50 (Caton Avenue) and Exit 52 (Russell Street) will be continuously closed (24/7) until late August. The remaining three northbound I-95 traffic lanes will shift to the left in this area. To exit at Russell Street, motorists should follow signs to use Exit 50 (Caton Avenue), keep left on the ramp, continue to northbound I-95, and exit at Russell Street. In addition, Exit 51 (Washington Boulevard) will be closed 24/7 until about July 5. The detour route will direct motorists to Russell Street (via Exit 50), to Annapolis Road, to South Monroe Street, to Washington Boulevard. Fans are also encouraged to use Exit 53 (I-95) to access Oriole Park at Camden Yards and the downtown area.
