D-backs Experiences allow you to choose the Season Ticket Holder benefits that mean the most to you through the Ballpark Smartphone Application for Android and iPhone. Whether it's pictures in the D-backs Dugout, VIP fireworks access, a premium seat upgrade or cruisin' with Baxter, you can use your qualifying credits to make the call!

All available D-backs Experiences are housed in the Ballpark Smartphone Application for iPhone and Android users. D-backs Experiences are subject to availability and are always changing, so please make sure to visit your Ballpark App often. I don't have an iPhone or Android smartphone. Can I still take part in D-backs Experiences?
You can access most D-backs Experiences through THIS link. Just enter your Name, Email and Mobile Phone number to access D-backs Experiences. Please note that there may be some D-backs Experiences such as Seat Upgrades only available through the Ballpark App with a iPhone or Android smartphone. Can I purchase more D-backs Experiences credits?
No, at this time you cannot purchase additional D-backs Experiences credits.

Do D-backs Experiences credits roll over to the next season?
No, they do not, so make sure to use your credits in 2017!

Great! I have redeemed an Experience with my credits. Now what?
Follow the prompts after you confirm your redemption to find out where you need to go to redeem your Experience.

I redeemed an Experience credit early, but cannot make it to the game.
To make sure that a Season Ticket Holder can utilize all D-backs Experiences, please make sure to only redeem experiences that you can attend. If your schedule changes, please notify the Season Ticket Services Team or (602) 514-4444.

I secured a postgame Experience, but my battery is dying. Help!
No worries! You can visit one of the many smartphone charging stations located inside Chase Field. Ask the nearest usher or D-backs representative for the closest charging station to your location.
