Join the D-backs and Susan G. Komen for the Cure® Sunday, May 10, 2009 at 1:10 p.m. as we work to Strike Out Breast Cancer!

Every three minutes a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer in the U.S. An estimated 3,000 Arizona women will be diagnosed with breast cancer and more than 600 will die from this disease. Help support the Komen promise as the D-backs work to raise funds and awareness to live in a world without breast cancer.

Arizona Diamondbacks FoundationBreast Cancer Awareness Day will be honored with commemorative base jewels, home plate and line-up cards. Home and visiting players will also have the opportunity to use pink bats and/or wear pink wristbands during the game. Tickets purchased through this link will be located in special "Pink Out" sections. Seating will be designated for breast cancer survivors, supporters and volunteers.

Breast Cancer survivors and patients wear your pink and join the Survivors' Parade around the warning track prior to the game. For details and time of the Survivors' Parade, please email emcmenamy@dbacks.com.

Have your annual checkup at the ballpark! Assured Imaging Women's Wellness will also be on-site with their Full Field Digital Mammography system. Assured Imaging does not require an appointment and most insurance companies are accepted. Furthermore, a limited amount of sponsored mammograms will be provided a grant from the Phoenix Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure to Sistas of AZ.

Five dollars from each ticket purchased will be donated back to the Phoenix Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
