RALLY-BACKS ARE THE IN-GAME ENTERTAINMENT CREW RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Crowd Interaction, Live Promotions, Greeting Fans, Activities in the Sandlot and Prize Giveaways


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Comfortable performing in front of 40,000+ people
  • Outstanding communication skills and a positive, energetic personality
  • Reliable, punctual and courteous
  • Good listening skills and ability to work well with others
  • Ability to respond to any situation quickly and professionally
  • Ability to work during ALL 2012 D-backs home games including evenings, weekends & holidays
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older, male or female
  • Athletic, Cheerleading or Pep Squad background preferred

The selections will be determined through a screening and audition process. Mandatory auditions will be by invitation only, and will be held on Saturday, February 25 at Chase Field.
