No email requests accepted. Please include the date and time of the event, who is benefiting from the event, the event address and the contact person's name, phone number and address. All requests must be sent at least 30 days in advance. Requests received after the 30-day deadline will not be processed. Each request is considered individually on a monthly basis. Complimentary Tickets

Complimentary TicketsThe D-backs complimentary ticket donation program is designed to support non-profit and tax exempt organizations that assist underprivileged and underserved members of our community. Due to the large volume of requests received, coupled with limited resources, we have established contribution guidelines. At this time, we are able to donate to each organization once a year. Also, our ticket donations are limited to 25 tickets per donation. If your organization is in need of additional tickets we are able to offer a special group sales discount for any additional tickets you would like to purchase. Incomplete forms will not be considered. Please note that submitting a request form does not guarantee a ticket donation.

Season Ticket Donations

Season Ticket DonationsThis season-long program enables D-backs season ticket holders to return tickets to upcoming games for distribution to various non-profit organizations. Season ticket holders can give this special gift to people who might not otherwise have the opportunity to attend a game. Season ticket holders can drop off their tickets in the designated box located in the Administrative Lobby on non-game days, and in front of Guest Relations (Section 126) during game days, or mailed to the address above, attention Season Ticket Donations/Community Affairs.

Player Appearances

Player AppearancesD-backs players make pre-arranged community appearances throughout the year, either in or out of the ballpark. Charitable organizations must submit a written request on letterhead at least 30 days prior to the event. Requests received after the 30-day deadline will not be processed. All requests must provide the date and time of the event, location of the event, number of attendees, topics of interest and any additional pertinent information. Due to the high volume of requests, we are unfortunately unable to attend all events. Requests can be faxed or mailed to the address above, attention Player Appearances. No email requests accepted.
