The Arizona Diamondbacks announced that the third annual "Evening on the Diamond" fundraising event raised $1.1 million to benefit the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation. Overall, the event has raised more than $3.9 million.
"As our marquee fundraising event for the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation, we couldn't be happier with the success of last night," said D-backs' Managing General Partner Ken Kendrick.
