ALL-STAR GAME
Busch Stadium, home of the St. Louis Cardinals, will host the 2009 Major League Baseball All-Star Game. Ballots will be available during the months prior to the All-Star Game and online at dbacks.com. Vote for your favorite D-backs players at Chase Field.

ARIZONA DIAMONDBACKS FOUNDATION
Established in 1997, the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation focuses its efforts on three main areas of need: homelessness, indigent healthcare, and children's programs of all types, including education and youth baseball field development. Through fundraising activities, the team's charitable arm has raised and donated more than $13.5 million to the Arizona community through the D-backs Grant Programs. AUTOGRAPHS
Guests may seek autographs from the time the gates open until 40 minutes prior to game start on the outfield side of each dugout. We do ask that anyone seeking autographs have consideration for guests possessing tickets in these seating areas.

The Baseball Outreach & Development department of the Arizona Diamondbacks has, as its focus, the mission of spreading and cultivating a passion for baseball and softball in communities
throughout Arizona.
Our diverse set of programs allows fans of all ages and abilities to experience baseball and fast-pitch softball the "D-backs Way." For our young fans, Arizona Diamondbacks Training Centers are the official youth baseball and fast-pitch softball camps of the D-backs. Training Centers range from one-day clinics to five-day camps and take place in over 40 communities throughout the state.
Youth coaches and parents are invited to participate in our free baseball and softball seminars each spring. And for the ultimate fan, we offer our week-long Fantasy Camp for any participant over the age of 30. This is your chance to be a "Big Leaguer" for a week at our Spring Training Complex in Tucson, Ariz.

BANNERS AND SIGNS
Banners and signs are permitted, providing they are baseball related and in good taste, as determined by the Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball Club. Flags with poles sold in the Team Shop are permitted. They may not be hung or displayed on any part of the playing field or in any way that obstructs another guest's view of the game, emergency exit signage or any advertising signage. Signs must not be commercial in nature nor utilize wood or metal material or other types of objects for support. The D-backs reserve the right to remove any banner, sign or flag.
CAMERAS/VIDEO RECORDERS
Hand-held video and non-professional still cameras for personal use may be brought into Chase Field, provided game action is not recorded, as mandated by Major League Baseball. Flash photography and camera support pods are not permitted. We ask that you are courteous of those around you when taking pictures.
CELLULAR PHONES/PAGERS
The use of cellular phone and pagers are permitted providing their use does not interfere with other guest's enjoyment of the game.
CHASE FIELD USAGE/OTHER EVENTS

CHILDREN/SEATING
Children over the age of two, or taller than the turnstile are required to have a ticket for admission. Any child who enters without a ticket must share a seat with an accompanying adult. As the policy may be different by event, please call Chase Field in advance to confirm.
Children (possessing a game ticket) having difficulties seeing the game can obtain a booster chair from the Guest Relations Centers or Suite Services Office. Booster chairs are available on a first-come first-served basis. Guest Relations Centers are located at section 128 and section 322. The Suite Services office is located across from Suite 42.
CONTAINERS, COOLERS AND OTHER ITEMS
In order to accommodate the desires of baseball fans at Chase Field while also recognizing the necessity to maintain maximum levels of safety and comfort, the Arizona Diamondbacks have formulated the following policy regarding items being brought into Chase Field:
Large bags or items that exceed 11" x 11" x 15" in dimension will not be allowed into the ballpark. Soft coolers ONLY will be authorized as long as they are within the 11" x 11" x 15" requirement. Any food item should be brought in a clear plastic grocery style bag.
Beverages:
Only non-flavored/non-carbonated water in sealed, plastic bottles
Empty, plastic water bottles
Sealed, single-serving juice boxes
Formula/baby food
No metal or glass containers for food or beverages will be permitted. Thermos containers or those similar in style will not be permitted.
The Arizona Diamondbacks reserve the right to inspect any items brought into Chase Field.
For fan safety and enjoyment the following items are prohibited at Chase Field:

CREDIT CARD POLICY
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted at the Chase Field Ticket Office and Team Shops.
The D-backs Kid's Club is the Arizona Diamondbacks' way of rewarding our younger fans for supporting the team. As a D-backs Kid's Club member, kids earn points for coming to D-backs games. As points add up, members will receive various rewards throughout the season.
All children age 3-15 can enroll, with their parent's permission, during any D-backs home game at the D-backs Kid's Club headquarters located in the Sandlot near section 332. Representatives will be on hand at all home games to assist with enrollment or to answer any questions.

D. BAXTER THE BOBCAT
Today Baxter is known throughout the baseball world for his athleticism and infamous "fur" ball. On gameday, Baxter entertains the crowd with his outrageous antics and wild stunts. During the 4th inning of every home game, Baxter can be found in his den located at the Peter Piper Playhouse on the Main Concourse behind centerfield, signing autographs and taking photographs with all of his adoring fans.
Baxter also serves as an ambassador for the D-backs organization and ventures off the field to visit hospitals, schools, community festivals and corporate functions throughout the Valley and Arizona. Baxter has also teamed with Bobby Freeman, the D-backs organ player, to present "The Bobby and Baxter Show" at numerous events.

EMERGENCY PHONE CALLS
Anyone expecting urgent phone calls (i.e., emergency) should leave their name and seat location at one of the Guest Relations Centers located across from sections 128 or 322. Please note that public address or video board paging will not be permitted. Guests can also be reached via the Guest Relations Centers from the time gates open (2 hours prior to game time) and approximately 30 minutes after the completion of the game at 602.462.4020.

ESCALATORS AND ELEVATORS
Escalators are located inside the main plaza gates (west side of ballpark) for your convenience. All escalators go up (only) prior to game time and down (only) starting in the middle of the 7th inning.
Elevators are located in the following areas for your convenience:
Main Concourse - at sections 104, 117*, 127* and 140.
Club/Suite Level - across from suites 26* and 43 as well as the NW and NE corners.
Upper Concourse - across from sections 311* and 321 as well as the NW and NE corners.
* Please note that the elevators in these sections are restricted to guests that are physically unable to use stairs or the escalators. During D-backs games, please note that this elevator bank will be
closed to the public starting at the top of the 9th inning and until 20 minutes after the game ends.
There is also a ramp on the east side of the ballpark that will take you from main concourse level to the upper concourse.
For the convenience of all guests at Chase Field, "family-style" restrooms are located in the following areas:

Suite/Club Level - Across from suite 60(west side of concourse)

FAN GROUND RULES
The Arizona Diamondbacks and Chase Field staff are committed to providing a safe, comfortable and friendly atmosphere for all of our guests. The following guidelines have been established regarding guest conduct:
Guests interfering with a ball in play will be ejected.
Guests interfering with the progress of the game or going onto the field will be ejected and subject to arrest.
Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing and or body art will not be allowed entry into the ballpark.
Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be ejected from the ballpark.
Guests appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or ejected from the ballpark.
Any guest found throwing objects on the field or in the seating areas will be ejected.

Arizona Diamondbacks staff is unable to accept merchandise to be autographed.
Fans seeking autographs must mail their item directly to the individual player at 401 East Jefferson Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85004. It is best to send correspondence during the regular
season, between the months of April and September. Please include the name of the player as well as a self-addressed stamped package for return of the item. The package will be placed in the
player's mailbox. We recommend that you do not send anything of value, as the team cannot guarantee return of the item. The sender assumes all risks when mailing an item. The volume of mail may also prevent players from responding to every request they receive. Additionally, we are not able to process any requests for team-autographed items nor are we able to track players' mail to see if an item was received. We appreciate your understanding.
FIRST AID STATIONS
There are two (2) First Aid Stations at Chase Field, both of which are located in the NE corner of the facility:
Main Concourse - Next to elevators at section 104
Upper Concourse - Across the elevators, north of section 300
Professional, emergency medical personnel are on duty at each game for your assistance. Should you need assistance, please notify the nearest uniformed employee.
FOUL BALLS/HOME RUN BALLS
Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball hit into the stands. At no time should a foul ball be thrown back on the field. All guests are cautioned to stay alert for foul balls, bats and broken bats which could land in the seating area. If you would like to lessen the risk, the Arizona Diamondbacks will exchange your ticket for one in the upper deck, or will refund the ticket at any time before the first pitch.
Guests who catch D-backs' home run balls can arrange to have the ball autographed by the player who hit it. Simply contact the Guest Service Representative (usher) at the top of your seating section/area. The ball will be returned to the guest by mail, generally within three days. If they wish, guests are allowed to return a visitors' home run ball to the field; however, it must be done immediately and in such a way that it does not endanger any player. Interference with play in any way is not permissible.
Warning: Any guest interfering with a ball in play, or going onto the playing field, will be ejected from the ball park and subject to possible arrest.
FRIDAY'S FRONT ROW SPORTS GRILL
Located in Chase Field overlooking left field, Friday's Front Row® Sports Grill offers a unique atmosphere combined with great food and sports entertainment. Spectacular front-row views makes it a must-see-and-do attraction for all ages.

Chase Field opens two (2) hours before each home game. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy batting practice, infield workouts and pre-game ceremonies. There will be some dates during the season (generally when a day game follows a night game) that the team(s) may elect to skip batting practice, infield practice or both. GUEST RELATIONS CENTERS
Guest Relations Centers are located on the main concourse at section 128 as well as on the upper concourse at section 322. These centers are staffed from the time gates open until approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game. Guests may obtain information and assistance, offer suggestions or register concerns, and to get help with any problems that may occur at Chase Field. The Guest Relations Centers can be reached by calling 602.462.4020.
LOST AND FOUND
During an event, Lost and Found items may be turned in/claimed at our Guest Relations Centers located on the Main Concourse across from section 128 or on the Upper Concourse across from section 322.
After each event or during non-event times, all items or claims should be reported to our Lost and Found Hotline at 602.462-6173. This is a voice-mail only telephone line that will allow guests to leave all pertinent information regarding lost items, etc. This line will be checked daily to allow a prompt response. Due to the large volume of incoming calls per day, we are only able to return phone calls when we have located an item.
METRO LIGHT RAIL
METRO operates 365 days a year, with peak hour frequencies of 10 minutes. Evenings and weekends, trains run every 20 minutes. METRO is designed to handle large crowds at Chase Field.
Buy your METRO fare at any light rail station with cash, credit or debit card. Buy your pass in advance to avoid lines at the vending machines.
Buy an All-day pass to ride to and from the game. Once you activate your pass, it's good for unlimited boardings the same day. No need to wait in line to buy a pass when the game is over!

MILLER LITE DIAMOND CLUB
The Diamond Club is an upscale club area located in right field on the main concourse level at Chase Field. With no reserved seats, plenty of lounge and bar seating is available on a first-come basis to watch a D-backs game from one of the best views in the ballpark. A large amount of standing room is also available in the 200-person capacity club to mingle with friends or business associates. The Diamond Club features a pool table, 10 plasma televisions, a dedicated sound system, a chef preparing gourmet sandwiches and a full-service bar and cocktail staff. D-backs fans also have a front-row seat to watch the pre-game and post-game Fox Sports Arizona broadcast. Your group has three options when purchasing the group tickets in the Miller Lite Diamond Club:
Purchase a group of 30 or more and receive tickets for $25 (reg. price $30)
Purchase a group of 75 tickets and you receive tickets for $25 (reg. price $30) and you can reserve the lower deck of the club for your own private party
Purchase all 200 tickets and receive tickets for $20 (reg. price $30) and the entire club becomes your own exclusive private party. Your group will have access to the club as soon as doors open and will stay open an additional hour following the final out of the game. You will have an option to purchase up to 25 additional tickets for $20 each.

PATRIOTISM
Respect for patriotism is very important to the Arizona Diamondbacks organization. The National Anthem will be played before the start of every game. All guests should face the flag, if possible, remove their caps and stand at attention. The same respect should be given to the Canadian Anthem whenever it is played.
PETER PIPER PLAYHOUSE & BAXTER'S DEN
Peter Piper Playhouse is located in Chase Field behind the center field scoreboard. It includes a variety of video and interactive games for fans to enjoy. Playhouse visitors will be able to test their pitching arms for accuracy and speed in the Fast Pitch area.
Other games fans will have the opportunity to play include Air Hockey, Crusin' Exotica, Hydro Thunder, Skeeball, Plush Crane, Wheel of Fortune, Cyclone and Hoop Fever Basketball (games subject to change). Tickets won while playing games can be exchanged for prizes.
Kids will be able to visit Baxter's Den featuring visits by D. Baxter the Bobcat. Baxter will be available during the 4th inning of each home game for photo opportunities and autographs.
Please come by Baxter's Den prior to game time to confirm his appearance.
RADIOS AND TELEVISION
Hand-held radios and televisions are welcome at the ballpark, providing they do not interfere with another guest's enjoyment of the game. The Arizona Diamondbacks reserve the right to ask any guest to discontinue the use of such devices.
RE-ENTRY
Guests may leave Chase Field at any time; however, specific Gates (A, F, J, and K) will be set up as re-entry gates. If planning on re-entering the ballpark, you must go to one of those gates, show your ticket to the usher, and ask for a "re-entry" card. Upon returning, you will be asked to show your ticket and surrender your "re-entry" card.
ROOF

RUN THE BASES
After Sunday home games, kids 3-15 years of age have the opportunity to "Run the Bases." At the beginning of the ninth inning, kids and their families may line up on the east ramp across from sections 111, 203 and 304. Kids are allowed to "Run the Bases" one time and will rejoin their families before exiting the field at section 131. At times, "Run the Bases" may be cancelled due to post game events. SANDLOT Presented by St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center The Sandlot presented by St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center is a family-focused destination
that promotes a healthy and active lifestyle with a variety of fun and exciting activities
for fans of all ages. Located on the Upper Concourse in leftfield (northwest corner past Section 332), the Sandlot features:
Futures Field presented by St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center - Kids can take Wiffle ball batting practice and run the bases on this miniature version of Chase Field, complete with a centerfield "scoreboard" and operating door panels.
Playground - The playground features two clubhouses, four slides, and a play area for kids of all ages.
Batting Cage - Swing away in this big league-style batting cage located behind Futures Field.
D-backs Kid's Club Headquarters - Kids (ages 15 and under) can join the D-backs Kid's Club and redeem prizes. Kids can also register for the No Chew Crew presented by St. Joseph's
Hospital and Medical Center. *Registration must be completed by parent or guardian (ages 18 and older).
Bobby Freeman's Stage - The D-backs musical mascot entertains fans from his new location overlooking Chase Field.

SCOREBOARD MESSAGES
Birthday and anniversary messages can be displayed for a $100 donation to the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation while wedding proposals are a $250 donation. For each birthday and anniversary message, you will receive a color photograph of the message via email. For wedding proposals, you will receive a commemorative DVD in the mail. SECURITY/CROWD MANAGEMENT
Chase Field security is managed in-house with a staff that provides professional protection for our guests, players and employees. It is staffed 24 hours per day, 365 days a year and is equipped with closed-circuit television, door alarms and perimeter lighting.
On game days, security is supplemented with staff from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office and the City of Phoenix Police Department.
SLIDERS ALL AMERCIAN GRILL (On the Gila River Casinos Plaza)
The perfect sandwich awaits you at Sliders American Grill. Open every game day, Sliders offers a great menu of reasonably priced meals, specialty sliders, amazing appetizers, Rosati's pizza and
ice cold drinks. A destination for all ages, Sliders is the perfect meeting place before and after the game, with room to breathe, a top floor lounge, and VIP accommodations. Private parties available,

SMOKING POLICY
Chase Field is designated as a non-smoking facility. For those guest wanting to smoke, designated areas outside the facility are located at areas:

Outside of Gate K (northeast)
As these locations are outside the ballpark, you will need your ticket stub and "re-entry" card to re-enter.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the seating areas, general concourses, suites or restrooms.
